The Rotary Club of Saline inducted two Honorary Members; Diane DiNio and Jim Peters. As honorary members they can visit any Rotary Club in the world.
Diane has dedicated the past several years to creating and selling various handmade items, with the proceeds going to Saline Social Services. She has raised over $30,000 through the sale of her patterned cloth masks.
Jim, a longstanding community figure, has been actively involved for decades. From leading relief efforts after hurricane Katrina to serving on the Saline City Council and various other projects, including building and operating "Nessy" the lake monster at the Celtic Festival.
